Taught in the world-renowned Japanese Friendship Garden in Balboa Park, together we’ll breathe, move, flow, and meditate over the Koi pond, with a rushing waterfall for our soundtrack. A mat, blanket, and water are encouraged but not required.

Created to bring awareness to the breath and body connection, we’ll explore various breath techniques for increasing overall wellness, including better stress management, emotional release, and improved sleep health. Next to a rushing waterfall on top of a peaceful Koi pond, we’ll begin with some gentle Yoga-informed warm-up movements to stretch the body and release tension, explore breath exercises for everyday life, energize our bodies with an accelerated breath session followed by a deeply relaxing, quiet meditation. A mat, blanket, and water are encouraged but not required.
