60-Minute Private Yoga Session
A 60-minute Yoga session created entirely for you! A 1-hour practice expertly designed for your specific needs and goals, each session will incorporate a balance of Yoga (Hatha, Restorative, or Hatha Vinyasa Flow), breathwork (traditional Pranayama, Invigorating or Somatic Release), and mediation. We’ll explore your wellness goals and address what your body and spirit need to feel your healthiest, most vibrant self. This convenient, personalized practice may be taken in your home or outdoors.
New to Yoga or Yoga curious? This is a wonderful way to learn the fundamentals of Yoga and build your confidence!
